You meet tenured coworkers (20+ years) who know what they are doing and will train to help you succeed.
Cons
Managers here are the root of the problem. Specifically the Controller who micromanages everything you do. Additionally, he flirts with the female staff daily. Not sure how he has not been reported to HR, who btw is a one person team. If not, the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Avoid at all costs if you value your mental health.
