Cons
There are some execs who are stuck in the past with archaic and questionably ethical beliefs. One in particular has very socially conservative views that are unkind toward certain groups of people (to put it lightly). Which is why there needs to be more diversity among members at the executive level. It’s very hard to move up in the company unless you’re really close to someone who makes those decisions. You’ll have to be on top of your social game to be considered for a promotion. I’d say working here was very stressful at times and felt like walking on eggshells. ACVB very much wants to appear as a modern and progressive workplace, but the longer you work there, the more apparent it becomes that they’re still stuck in the past.
