      They have finally closed the business.

      Cons

      I worked there and we never knew if we were getting paid. We would have to wait 8 - 10 weeks just to get ONE paycheck. Extremely poor management. A family owned business that only cared about THEIR family!

      Pros

      ACT had a very dynamic team that was allowed to work as a cohesive unit to accomplish great thing. The autonmy that was afforded allowed for innovation followed by a motivation to exceeded your goals.

      Cons

      Ownership handcuffed our relationships with the clients. They amount of travel that was expected put a huge strain on home/work lifestyle. Constant changes made it difficult to see the clear picture of what was truly expected of you.
