      Good co-workers Decent Benefits Work from home

      Raises are sparse Little opportunity for advancement Pay in general is lack luster Some of the management was absolute crap Unrealistic expectations/deadlines Company is probably going to be defunct in a the future with the way college testing is moving.

      Decent pay and some decent employees

      Cons

      Supervisors like to get handsy, half of the coaches don't know what they are doing. Too much drama and gossip. Too much pressure put on the employees for a job that's supposed to be laid back. Too many made up rules that favorite employee don't have to follow. I would not recommend working there. I made 4 different reports with hr and nothing was done about it.
