The head of HR is the CEOs wife. Over leverage workers on VISA. Culture formed around the overworked VISA holders that expects the same from everyone. Increased work week by 10% with no raise to salary employees. Added on call weekends with no raise to salary employees. Constant shuffle of hierarchy leading to confusion over direct reports and no accountability. Pressure to break rules by lower management to meet goals. Pressure to over report work hours to leverage clients into bigger contracts. No opportunity for growth. No training. No programs for career advancement. Poor benefits.
