Great co-workers. They allow you to choose a 4 day work week if you want. Always some type of company event going on.

The only reason I left is because I moved out of town

Flexible schedule if needed Laid back work environment Opportunity to work independently most of the time (if that's what you like)

No recognition for good/hard work Not receptive to employee feedback/ideas. If they are receptive, management takes credit for it Very poor yearly increases New hires being paid more than tenured employees. When brought up to management nothing happens No room for growth Terrible benefits
