      Pros

      I loved being able to solve people's problems and give the most outstanding customer service to people on a daily.

      Cons

      Having angry customers on a daily but you warm up to it and there's nothing I would change about my job.

      There is not a good reason to work for this company

      Cons

      No raises in the last 8 years. If someone leaves they will just dump their work on you, no matter that you are already working over 40 hours and week. Wanting everyone to work from a office even thou we had been working remote for 10 years.
