Growing company, Stagnant pay. - Electronics Technician ACR Electronics Employee Review

I was really impressed and touched by the inspirational stories I found about this company's mission and products. The focus put on safety and innovation, to provide best in class products makes this a company I am proud to work for. Every person I have talked to has met me with kindness and professionalism since day one, and this has really been a welcoming group.

If I can call it a con, there has been a lot of quick growth in a short time (many acquisitions) which can definitely bring some challenges and growing pains. It takes some change management, but everyone seems to be getting through it!

Weekly pay was good and the schedule was good also. When I first started working there, it seemed like there was room for growth,

There are so many cons. Training is a joke. You’re hired and expected to do the job of 3 - 5 people. Management sucks. Incompetent people are running the place. Salary is not competitive, no matter what they say and turnover is high and getting higher. So many people get hired and then don’t show up after the first few days.
