The leadership team, including the owner and his family members, often give the impression of being insincere, with a noticeable lack of transparency and trust in the workplace. There's a culture of surveillance that undermines morale, and overall, the qualifications and professionalism at the management level are below industry expectations. Advancement or hiring doesn't seem to prioritize education or merit.
