love how we use a different format every time for mid and year end reviews. It really keeps it spicy. Who wants to be able to compare them year over year anyway, not this gal.
Cons
The kind of place you’ll get an email titled *FIRE DRILL! DUE EOD* on Friday at 4:00pm but then when you check the email chain you see that leadership sat on this for a week. You will do the work for your superiors they will take all of the credit when things are going well and put all the blame on you when something goes awry. The kind of leadership that won’t provide you adequate training then criticize you for not being adequately trained. The kind of leadership that will lie straight to your face and won’t lose a second of sleep over it.
