      Pros

      Some of the people are nice. The pay is decent and some of the benefits are good for a small company.

      Cons

      There is a lot of discrimination, especially sexism. Some of the managers play a lot favoritism, I witnessed sexual harassment by a manager that was very uncomfortable. But since all managers are men, they let it go.

      Pros

      Challenging work. Supportive management. Support for family. Very understanding if an issue. Fair compensation. Health benefits, time off, matching 401k, etc.

      Cons

      They are in the midst of the next step in company’s growth after the recent sales of their high growth business units. They are yet to complete the intended acquisitions in new products and markets. Though I know it’s just a matter of time.
