Cons
Founder/ CEO has a history of firing employees frequently, and will remind you of this. Market position is a significant challenge, selling educational certifications to some of the most educated people on earth, people with MDs and PhDs and MBAs, frequently multiple advanced degrees, but somehow they need to be certified by this company with near-zero brand recognition, uneven marketing support, and a value proposition built on a cult of personality, a frequent drawback with entrepreneurial startups.
