Do not trust the hiring manager - Lead DevOps Engineer ACL Digital Employee Review

There is not proper transperancy about roles and responsibility when candidates are hired. They hire for devops and architect role and then asked to do monitoring and alerting. Management asked you to mail officially but they just want to communicate verbally and not official statements are made. Managers are not available for open communication instead just want to play politics.
