Unpaid salaries for several employees even till today. Multiple ex-employees have filed cases against the company. Yet, the company refuses to pay, and continues to ignore them without a care. Gross mismanagement of funds and resources. Lack of accountability and transparency. Important decisions are taken hastily and callously, due to poor communication and understanding within management. Employees expected to do work that is totally out of their job scope. Company overpromises to clients and takes on projects without any resources to work on them. High turnover rate, due to poor working conditions.
