      -Supportive coworkers -Very relaxed environment -Best product on the market -Good company reputation compared to (EF, Explorica, etc.) -CEO is amazing, his passion for teachers and travel is unprecedented

      Cons

      -No options for career opportunities, you are competing with people who have worked for the company for 15+ years -Pay is VERY low -IT is the main issue- you will spend half of your day emailing internally to fix a problem, the other half of the day you will actually be selling

      This is a great place to get started on a career in sales. The leaders are wonderful, the office culture is great.

      There’s not a lot of room to grow once you hit a certain threshold.
