      Only pro is you get to work around planes

      Cons

      Management at the location will drain you! Stay away if you can even if you like planes. They throw all the good workers under the bus and the bad workers get put on a pedestal plus they play the race card a lot

      Pros

      Great Place to work with an awesome group of individuals. They have room for growth, good benefits, and care for their employees.

      Cons

      You work at an airport so being outside on hot days and rainy days can be tough but overall the job is in SoCal so the majority of the weather is beautiful.
