Pros

ACI teach you the skills to run your own business. Everyone support/encourage each other and are very helpful. You can also move up the company as well. The atmosphere is awesome with positive energy flowing to get you ready for the day. You get hands on training and management is with you along the way.

Cons

The only con is there isn't any starbucks coffee in the office, but community is ok:)

Pros

I love coming to work every day. Every morning I walk in, everyone is happy and smiling. Can't really say that for a lot of the companies I have worked with before. People actually like each other and get along here. Every day is something different, you're not a gerbil running on the same wheel every day. I love that there's no cap on my compensation, I'm constantly rewarded for my effort and hard work. The culture and team environment is by far my favorite part.

Cons

The training period is intense, I recommend getting plenty of rest so you're prepared each day.

Pros

When I first started, I have only been out of college for 6 months and did not have much real world work experience. ACI Enterprises gave me the opportunity to gain multitudes of skills in various areas of business such as management, sales, marketing, training and recruiting. Everyone at the company, from entry level employees all the way up to management, has been very warm and helpful during my stay. They have an open door policy, I am never afraid to ask for help and when I do need help someone is always ready to help me. The culture is different from your typical corporate America, but it’s what I enjoy the most. There’s no stifling-library-like atmosphere. If you’re not the most outgoing person, it takes some getting use to, but if you want a place where you like coming to work, it’s the perfect match.

Cons

All positions start at the entry level. Everyone learns from the ground up. If this is your first sales or marketing experience, be prepared to bring great work ethic. As in all sales or marketing positions, there is a learning curve you have to endure to become great at it.
