The service and venue managers use bullying tactics to make you feel guilty to work until you burnout. The rostering team has turnover every couple of weeks so the whole team barely have enough time to figure out what they are doing and then quit when they find out it is too overwhelming. I have never see such a decently sized company be so unorganised and able to have basic communication within their own divisions.
