      Coworkers, clients, and clients families were all very nice people

      Cons

      Training was a very long process but it was all online, after that they just throw you Into the job. Clients have all kinds of specific needs and throwing a new employee into the house of an unpredictable child with autism isa recipe for disaster. I also was told by peers that they purposely give new RBT’s the most difficult clients to see if they will last, not a good idea IMO

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
