      - Very Flexible scheduling - Opportunities to increase hours through subbing -Quarterly bonuses for picking up sub sessions and for perfect attendance. -Very rewarding work -Excellent supervisors and positive work environment. -Free coffee and snacks.

      Cons

      - The nature of the industry results in cancellations and non-guaranteed hours - No pay for cancelled sessions, only for at the door cancellations -Little to no opportunities to gain more responsibilities at a Behavior Interventionist.

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
