      - They get you started on your RBT route when you have no experience - reimburse everything that needs to be paid for - they’re very flexible and will work with your schedule

      Cons

      - There’s no clear indicator of when you can have your breaks - pay is delayed at times but pay isn’t even enough for this kind of job - cancellations can happen often so you are left with no pay that day

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
