      Good people who genuinely care about the clients. Flexible scheduling and very very communicative and supportive supervisors.

      Cons

      Pay was significantly less than average for the same job in the area and, despite repeated requests and applications with glowing reviews from multiple supervisors, I did not receive a raise in over two years of employment.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
