Pros
ACES is a widespread company across regions and even states, which might make you think that you are just a number added to the company, but the management teams make you feel like they are an individual, and that they are just a video chat or phone call away. I love the connections that are made in this company, between co-workers, families and clients, and building connections to grow in your career. The opportunities for collaboration and striving to do what's best for the client is apparent. As far as the day to day tasks, you can create your own schedule, work close to home to reduce drive time, the procedures/expectations are very clear, and your support system is awesome.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any cons to working for ACES. Sure there are some nuances here and there like no color printing and only laminated badges, but these are small cons compared to the many pros that outweigh them.
