      Flexible staffing works with school schedule, supervisors are supportive, they work hard to get hours, the CEO visits the office often, they provide you with education and tools to ensure you're equipted to provide services.

      Cons

      If you're not serious about helping kids, then dont come here. ABAs who see this as an easy job, or with no passion dont really last here long.

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
