      Great pay! By far the highest paying ABA company in the area. Sacramento office has very friendly therapists and staff.

      Cons

      Supervisors are hard to get ahold of and hardly help you. If you are needing help from them expect it to take multiple days and for their response to be condescending and basically useless. Employees are taken advantage of as far as being given difficult clients with little to no help or guidance. In addition, they will get talked down to.

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
