No job security. Their pay is not comparable to any school, horribly low. Administration is greedy and self serving. They pit staff against each other. They are very unorganized and fly by the seat of their pants. They don't listen to staff and deal with problems. They tend to blame each other rather than stand up and just fix the issue. One of the worst company's I have ever worked for.
