Favoritism at its best! - Anonymous employee ACE Infoway Employee Review

The entire organization works on one person's approvals - CEO and he has 2 of his favorite girls he listens to. - HR policies with zero employee friendliness and 1 leave a month rule - No medical or other insurances or PF - If I talk about work culture, the so called senior people here have no knowledge whatsoever and are just sitting at the top of everything because they are associated with ACE since long - They expect you to work on your own without any guidance or training and blames you for things if something goes south - Forget professional growth once you join as the increment is less than 10% irrespective of your performance - Biased to the core with favoritism at every stage - HR dept. is useless. They only exist for rangoli and never listen to what the employee has to say or give them any chance to explain themselves - They hire and fire like its a game - There is no roadmap defined for your work and expectations are on cloud nine - No sync between departments and team leads run dictatorships Overall, the company is running because they want to show losses and have other sources of income. it's been almost 25 years, and yet nobody knows ACE Infoway. The company doesn't have a growth mindset and won't let you grow too. There are far better companies you can join than ACE.
