Horrible employer! Sabrina, the owner of the company (Ace It Academy in Glenvista) exploits her workers for small pay on top of that . You will get told last minute that your session as a tutor is canceled and then you are expected to come the next immediately and drop all your plans and other clients for her. If you don't do so she gets angry/passive aggressive. She will literally wake you up very early in the morning or night time with a phonecall to tell you she currently has no tutor or the previous tutor didn't pitch up and expects you to coverup for that tutor and be there immediately! You expected to travel long distances to clients places for a small hour pay (R110), you can't do more than 1 hour sessions to atleast make a decent amount. Practically you only working for petrol money
