Pros
I love the industry that ACE is apart of - Helping People! I work in a wonderful department at the Corporate office and my coworkers make it worth coming into work everyday. Laid back environment (which I love), yet professional and helpful when it really counts. It very well could be the department I am in though, but I think ACE is a great place to work.
Cons
I think the focus needs to be on meshing both the Corporate office and the Field employees. There is too much of a separation. Field employees tend to not feel engaged with the company. There could also be incentive plans for the corporate office employees. Currently they have bonus structures for a certain level and above. Employees who may be "stagnant" in their roles would be motivated to prove themselves again if there was a bonus to strive for. Growth potential is currently low which I believe is based upon no succession planning. At least that does not seem to be a priority at this time. I think in certain departments morale would pick up if, again, they had something more to strive for.
