      -The Admin team gives you creative freedom and the trust for you to do your job.

      Cons

      -The pay is a little low compared to the rest of the state, but there are other ways to make more money at the school! Pros out way the cons.

      classes will never go over 12 flexible schedule

      Cons

      teachers must cover other teachers when they are out no subs, no compensation only 8 PTO days medical for family is 1500 per mth
