      Pros

      Solid company with a long history of reputable work in the low voltage structured cabling industry. Probably will continue to be around for a while so there is security if you are good.

      Cons

      Senior techs have been around for a while. Some are good. Some are not. No structure set by management. It's basically a "get the job done and bring the check back". PM lacks structure and hand offs are bad
