      Pros

      The work being done by front line staff is so needed in the valley! Pay is decent for the valley

      Cons

      Horribly toxic work environment that caters to narcissistic personalities. They do not value the diverse cultures that represent the communities which they serve. You will be told to "know your place" "don't spew liberal ideals" Most of the good people have been chased off due to the inherent racism that is bubbling right of the surface of ACCESS.

      Pros

      Nice front desk and company really helping lots of down and out people.

      Cons

      Very judgmental manger must have been triggered by maybe my social media?..which has zero to do with my former job as a security officer for the company they use for that. Shocking..I was doing a very good job and front desk thanking me often, yet a manager tells my boss to get rid of me, right before Christmas. First time in my long working life I have been fired. Oh well.
