Pros
Competitive compensation, benefits including health insurance reimbursement, a lot of PTO including Islamic holidays, weekly office catering, phone, laptop, and business cards provided, a lot of volunteer opportunities, flexible hybrid work schedule options, a lot of training opportunities, and a great team to work with.
Cons
Challenging if unable to speak Arabic or if you do not have an interest in the culture. At this time, does not offer Arabic language classes to employees interested. Asks employees for money to support community efforts and/or pressured to sign petitions and market branding in communities. Company practices are archaic and policies do not address the needs of today's workforce including support of a paper ceiling. Peer exploitation due to misunderstanding of the SUD community. Cubicle seating in an open space for private sessions with clients. Random requests for background checks throughout the year. Will not withhold federal taxes regardless of submitting proper form(s), and did not follow the duty to WARN act with recent layoffs.
