Pros
Good colleagues, usually good relationships with the council (Glasgow), some opportunities for some people some of the time, flexitime. New building in city centre location.
Cons
Currently going through a very unsettled period. IT section almost definitely being outsourced to CGI. Access has never been sure what it is ( private or public) and doesn't have a clear vision. High turnover especially among project managers.
