ACA is a growing company. Have been with them for several years. You need to be someone who is a team player, have a sense of humor and can work with a lot of other recruiters. You have your own territory and there is no fighting over candidates. You are self managing with weekly updates to management. It is more of a large family. Being we are an RPO (Recruiting Process Outsourcer) we have large clients and a lot of business. You need to be someone who cares about the quality of your work. The pay off is working with people you like, monthly bonus for your efforts, individual recognition, gifts and parties.

Still growing, other positions will be available in the future.
If you are someone who likes to get by on a smile and thinks the work will work itself out, ACA is not for you. Everyone is very goal oriented. If you are lazy, don't like to be on the phone or don't really know how to recruit, again, ACA Talent is not the place for you.
I put up this post since people who are angry love to post the negative. What about whats great about the company? There are so many happy people working at ACA Talent. However, there will always be some who did not do well in our organization (usually for one of the reasons listed in the above paragraph) but there is a lot to gain by being apart of our team.
