In office requirements, teams are almost entirely contractors based in different continents. Little to no support from management

Little to none. I guess the PTO.

The micromanaging has become RAMPANT! Every little move we make is micromanaged and anyone who complains is just “seen as a bad employee.” They continue to add services that add more to our job without increasing our pay. Leadership is a joke. HR is a joke. We are salary so they are fine overworking us. This company has gone down hill under the leadership we are now in. They keep pushing surveys to brag about the company when they know they’re making us miserable. So distasteful.
