      Pros

      Teams that work well together, play well together, actually like each other and want each other to succeed. The whole is greater than the sum of it's parts.

      Cons

      Frugality and a "just enough, just in time" approach to internal capabilities can work against the outcomes you are striving for. OTOH, it means company performance is better than average as unnecessary expenditure is carefully controlled.

      Pros

      There is positive for everything, else it will be nuked even here. A series of similar and overwhelmingly positive reviews may indicate that they are not genuine. It's important to evaluate the authenticity of these types of reviews. This explains all about this organization. It`s only for "yes man" kind of organization. If you are like one of those go for it.

      Cons

      I was extremely disappointed with my time at this company. The salary was inadequate and fell below market rates, a sentiment echoed in the numerous negative salary reviews. The company culture, which was once a strong point, has now declined significantly. Attrition rates are alarmingly high, and HR shows a lack of interest in employee feedback. To make matters worse, the middle management is ineffective and provides no real value. While some customers may have a positive experience, I cannot recommend this company based on my own experience. On top of that they follow some bookish 50th percentile salary benchmark.
