They throw you to the fire right at the beginning. You will constantly be bombarded with different kinds of work with little training. The daily work load is never have enough time to finish. You'll find yourself working during lunch and after hours without extra pay. Office organization needs work. Many people in the office do not understand the responsibilities of others. Certain upper-level employees are very rude. Last of all there is little mobility. The position you get is the one you will have for the foreseeable future.
