      Pros

      great perks- free concert tickets, cool swag, behind the scenes exclusives, great team, amazing industry.

      Cons

      There is limited to no upward mobility, I know employees who have been there for years and are still part-time and are barely making above poverty wages. You will be underpaid, overworked, and teased with the possibility of promotions "after you prove yourself".

      Pros

      Got a lot of experience learning about festivals and how theatre shows work. I got a lot of experience writing newsletters for various platforms. I also got to go to any AC show for free plus I got to pick a festival to go to!

      Cons

      Nothing! I loved the people that worked here, the free downtown parking pass, the free concerts, and all the work experience I received during my time here.
