      Great opportunity to work with very well known large companies Interesting projects to be involved with Very talented people working in the company Great place if you like overtime

      Cons

      Very high turnover rate in office Company tends to churn through employees Pay rates are low Management does not value workers Shop personnel are pushed extremely hard at times President is very hands off/disconnected

      Medical 401k and attendance bonuses

      Cons

      Horrible onboarding. Horrible communication and direction. Harldy anyone speaks a word of English. Two 10 minute breaks for a 10 hour day. most the welders lack pride and quality in their work despite the company raving about "quality". Lack of compensation for how physically demanding and nasty the jobs are. Many of the workers seem friendly but most look miserable. It sucked the soul out of me and made me miserable. Sweat shop vibes. I quit after a month of that.
