Good for Working - ASM ABSPL Employee Review

2nd and 4th saturday off. Office Timings is fixed. Lot of learning.

The company offers a lot to learn, but there is regular stress due to the constant urgency. Micro-management by managers and even directors is common. Meetings often seem unnecessary, and there are continuous follow-ups. Additionally, the company struggles to hire the right people for the right positions, which exacerbates the difficulties. There is a shortage of manpower in critical areas, and salary increments are minimal.

I am writing cons in Pros section (so you understand how this company is) Initially it feels we are working in good place although it is not. Management and HR always said about ISO standard every time, but in actual they don't have any standard procedure to work. They think about high aim but mentality is not matching to achieve high aim.

I would recommend not to join this company.
