Review project procedures in line with the COMPANY Approved specifications and international standards. Ensuring the latest revisions of approved specifications/drawings are being used by EPC Contractors and their Sub-Contractors. Carrying out surveillance, monitoring, and final inspections as per approved COMPANY Specification / ITP. Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports regularly, including all major inspection activities carried out, results of inspections, area of concern, NCR/SDR/CAR/QA/PAR, the status of closeout, KPIs, etc. Ensuring competent personnel is engaged to perform the assigned tasks. Raise HSE concerns when violations are found and report them to Senior Surveyor. Review and approval of various QC Documentation, QC dossiers Etc. Resolved conflicts in the interpretation of codes, engineering drawings, project specifications, and installation results while protecting Company interests. Conducting quality/Preservation walkthroughs with Contractors and Sub-Contractors on regular basis for the verification of the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow-up for the close-outs in case of any negative observations. Review of Quality dossiers/Documents soon after the completion of Systems and Sub-systems. Active involvement during Construction Completion, Mechanical completion, Pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities with Contractor and Operation (Stake holder) personnel.
