Pros

None. Working from home is the ONLY positive thing.

Cons

This company treats their employees and clients both terrible. The team leads are incompetent and not qualified to be level one agents themselves with the exception of two. They just get entry level agents who need to get something on their resume and after 6 months they leave. They do not provide an actual service to clients. They have a sales guy that is there to make sure that they pick up more new clients than they lose. I would only recomend taking a job at this company if you have zero experience and can stomach 6 months of working a really bad job.

Pros

The people, Hands Down! I have never worked somewhere in which I felt so welcomed from day 1, even from the interview I knew that the people were pretty great. I worked there only a short time, but I still keep in touch with my new "friends". The work was exactly as expected. I was in a help desk role, the training was good, given the volume of calls and the amount of people working, it was a bit of a struggle to get trained, but they have a great system in place if you get stuck to have someone help you through. I definitely feel like I left there a little bit smarter then when I walked in the door. Management had no issues giving me time off when I needed it in the first week of working there. My manager was pretty stellar, I would bake him cookies if he ate them.

Cons

Could use a more dedicated training person. Quality Control was a little insane but mellowed out over time.

Pros

if possible I would select 0 stars

Cons

the only care was headcount, filling up a seat with a warm body so they can bill the customer
