The atmosphere can be friendly and relaxed on a good day Colleagues are generally willing and able to look out for one another People can and do make very stable, long-term careers here
Cons
Poor salaries offered with no paid overtime Poor work/life balance - little holiday offered (due to the nature of the industry), overtime is expected on a regular basis without additional compensation and lunch breaks are rarely honoured Management often seem to make decisions without clearly communicating these to the worker bees
