      Location was easy for travel

      Cons

      Developers were treated like sweatshop workers. Clients were charged for senior developer rates even for juniors. No promotions or pay rises due to the company barely even being able to afford salaries. Very competitive environment with many snakes in the grass.

      Good team members, good communication, very well-sought team-building activities for employees.

      Moved away from Glasgow, if you're in Glasgow you can only work remotely.
