Cons
>>Zscaler<< , an annoying security system built ad-hoc that makes you experience very bad every day. You will be forced to sign in several times, put username and password, inserting pin, update your browser daily, disconnected while you are in meeting. It's very a bad experience. The grids are basically disconnected. It is very hard to connect with other teams. You will hear a lot of NO guys, it can't be done. It's more the culture of sitting and warming up the chair and preventing you to do your work. You will see a lot of people titles Dir. of Engineering and Architects but they don't know anything about engineering. And so you will experience so much incompetency. You are mostly forced to attend meetings that are irrelevant for your daily work. Managers have no clue how to manage a team, they should go back to school or do more training. Last but not least, the evaluation system is basically a joke. They pretend to set goals into a system and evaluate each year. Even if you do a diligent work they will always find an excuse to not increase your salary or give you a promotion.
