      Interesting Work, Good Industry Experience

      Cons

      Inconsistent management, flipping from minimal initial direction to severe micromanagement on a daily basis. Antagonistic and Demeaning, blaming management style does not provide a healthy workplace for employees. Unrealistic expectations and poor project management from leadership. Expectation of significant unpaid overtime due to poorly managed and planned projects from leadership. Can not recommend working for this company.

      Despite the owners, the real workers are good people.

      Cons

      Fake degrees and qualifications doesn't make you an engineer. Unqualified people checking diagnostic results released to Government just to save money.

      - Expected to work overtime on a regular basis without pay - Below average compensation - Remote location at proving ground 45 minutes drive from Geelong - Congested work spaces
