The one thing they have going for them is that the hire some of the most amazing people you will ever met.

1. Leadership does not include all Managers (No matter how many people you have working with you) 2. There is a complete disconnect from the operation/manufacturing departments and the Leadership team within the main office. 3. There is not enough services available to the women hired from the mission and the managers are not equipped with the knowledge or skills to help them overcome challenges. 4. You will spend a lot of time and effort trying to put out fires and create systems with no money or support from the leadership teams. 5. False Promotions and promises made constantly. 6. Zero opportunity for growth 5. If you are hired for a warehouse role be prepared to suffer come summer and do not believe the promise of moving to a large enough or climate controlled space. I heard those same tales for 2 years and nothing ever came of it.
