Pros
I had the privilege of working with some amazing engineers and lovely people. Having the opportunity to have such a high level of ownership early in my career was an amazing learning opportunity that I will forever be grateful for.
Cons
There weren't enough experienced engineers in certain key technical domains leading to excessive toil. New grads are cheap and smart, but experienced engineers will prevent a program from trying to reinvent the wheel. Engineers were repeatedly ignored when raising concerns regarding vehicle health. Decisions were made that sacrificed quality, reliability, and safety for the sake of schedule. All companies are political, but there was clear favoritism within the leadership's inner circle. This made it more difficult for engineers outside that circle to make their voices and concerns heard.
