Pros

Nice office location, amazing co-working space, always manage to recruit great people into the business (but... see Cons)

Cons

- Never manage to KEEP the right people. - The senior management have big ego and think they're better and smarter than you - Create the fake "family-like" environment, sell you the dream, make you feel like you matter, then screw you as hard as they can - The company is going downhill at a crazy rate, unless you see this as a "challenge accepted" moment, avoid it at all costs - Very bad commission structure

Pros

Nice central office and some lovely colleagues

Cons

Unfortunately the owner used to allow publishing fake jobs for Arabic speakers and ask Arabic candidates where they come from which was awkward to deal with at the time. Nicole just wanted to keep log of names in her records for some reason without being reasonable about it

Pros

Reasonable working hours and salary (comparing to other recruitment agencies based in London), a small team of friendly people with an international background; experienced, helpful colleagues; cosy atmosphere in the office

Cons

No transparency, unfair treatment, not appreciating the hard work of some of the employees, one of the hiring managers lying when it comes to the working conditions and treating some employees with arrogance and ignorance (e.g. no commission which was assured during the contract negotiations). Also, a bad approach when it comes to communication with candidates represented for instance by the senior recruiter on the temp desk (judging candidates abilities on their age or gender); he also treated candidates and his junior co-workers instrumentally (very often showing off in front the senior management and other colleagues by blaming junior recruiters for something they didn't say during the interview that you conducted)
